Hurtling through time and space,
                                                     Can he ever find a place?

                                               He is pursued by an incessant fact,
                                              The likes of which he can't take back.
                                               His entire home, his people his soul,
                                               All gone, leaving him without a goal.
                                                   The last of the Time Wars,
                                                        The end of his kind,
                                                   He is trapped by those bars,
                                                  But what is he seeking to find?
                                                   Solace he finds within one girl,
                                                 The likes of whoms story unfurls.
                                           Constant companions, best friends, equals,
                                              Even through their occasional squalls.
                                                   It is she for whom he sought,
                                                And for she for whom he fought.
